A non-refundable fee of $100.00 is due when the application is returned. The process takes five (5) working days for Property Owners Exchange to conduct a credit and criminal background check on each applicant. No cash is accepted! Only checks or money orders are accepted.
With the application, a copy of the lease and park rules will be made available for you to read. When a prospective buyer(s) is park approved, the lease and rules must be signed prior to settlement on the home. The new buyer(s) should read the lease and park rules prior to signing.
